Western Conference GMs, Shayne of the Denver Nuggets and Charles of the Sacramento Kings have analysed the rosters in the Eastern Conference to create their pre-season power rankings for the 2016 season.

The first section of rankings is the here and now, who has built a team for this season to be a powerhouse in the East. The second rankings are based on the dynasty value of the roster.

Each day we will be releasing at least one profile of each team that has been created by analysts Shayne and Charles.

The dynasty rankings are based off the salary, age, and potential for each player. These rankings are based on how we see each team’s potential growth and where their team value stands long term. This is also just based of this year and the outlook. Keep in mind, these will change each year as the players grow in potential and trades happen.
