You’ve been one of the most underrated GMs I’ve played with and I’m very happy you got your due with what was the best team in the regular season and playoffs, despite multiple injuries across your team. IFL, it’s that time of year again where we’ve moved past the NFL free agent frenzy and are knee deep in preparation for the draft. It’s an exciting time of year where we get to see where players land, causing us to adjust our big boards. Do you want to know what isn’t exciting? The AFC first round draft.
Q: After week 3, you were 2-4. But you strapped on your cheese head, got to work and won the very first NFC North division crown. Do you feel like you met your expectations with making the postseason year one and were you happy with how your roster performed in 2016?
A: I’m proud of the fact that we were able to win the NFC North in our first season. It was the first goal on our list, and we were pleased by the result.
