Q: I think this is long overdue. You’ve been one of the most underrated GMs I’ve played with and I’m very happy you got your due with what was the best team in the regular season and playoffs, despite multiple injuries across your team. Talk about this special season starting 0-2 and never losing again?

The State of the IFL: NFC North – The Reflection

Q: After week 3, you were 2-4. But you strapped on your cheese head, got to work and won the very first NFC North division crown. Do you feel like you met your expectations with making the postseason year one and were you happy with how your roster performed in 2016?

A: I’m proud of the fact that we were able to win the NFC North in our first season.  It was the first goal on our list, and we were pleased by the result.  When it comes to getting into the playoffs, I feel like my expectations were met.
