2016 Undrafted Free Agent Auction Recap
Well Gents, the UDFA auction has closed. For the 21 of us who participated, I hope you had fun and enjoyed the smaller auction! To me, and a few others that I have spoken with, the UDFA auction presented an opportunity to acquire talent with little to no risk. What’s not to like about that? For the 11 GMs who didn’t even make a bid, what was the reasoning? Lack of money? Didn’t believe there was talent left over? Didn’t want to worry about making cuts? For whatever the reason, I hope we increase the participants next year!
