The New England Patriots are pleased to announce its latest trade with the Tennessee Titans for the second overall pick of the 2016 IFL draft, Laquon Treadwell.
The deal has seen the franchise part with wide receiver, Josh Gordon moving in the other direction.

SO……Some of you may be wondering why the Titans sent off the number 2 overall pick in the IFL rookie draft for a man who has had some issues staying on the field in Josh Gordon. There are a couple reasons for this minor blockbuster of a deal.

In an aggressive move today the New England Patriots claimed quarterback Carson Wentz from the New York Jets.
The Patriots already took one quarterback in the 2016 IFL rookie draft, taking Denver‘s Paxton Lynch in the 4th round. With this move the Patriots have flanked veteran QB Andy Dalton with the two NFL first round picks.
