We developed this voter guide for the upcoming owner’s meeting ballot so that each GM can garner a more complete idea of each proposition being presented.  This will also allow each of you to provide feedback, and to help shape the final versions of each proposition. In addition to new rule changes and proposals, we have included a month-by-month calendar for offseason events (specific dates will be identified on the Google Calendar) and a section for changes that are coming to 2019 that won’t be included on the ballot.  These are either items that we had previously voted on and were approved or loophole closures that mandated our attention.
